Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once we have processed your order, it can take 14-20 days for your item to reach you. If you have not received your item within 20 days, please contact us at (800) 934-3995 so we can look into the missing shipment.
A tracking number will be provided once the order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to sync in the carrier's system. We send you the tracking number as soon as your package is out the door but that does not mean that the package is scanned immediately by the carrier. It sometimes takes the carrier 24 hours to populate the tracking in their system.
Please note, we use several vendors, each having a different delivery of goods timeline. However, none of our vendors take longer than 20 days to arrive.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, we charge a 15% restocking fee for orders that are returned for any reason other than our error. Please be sure you order the correct size and product to reduce the need to return a product. If you are uncertain about a products and would like to ask us a question before you place your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 business hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery in the original condition and package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Returned Items

Please Note: We absolutely will not process a refund if the items are not returned to us. Please do not expect to keep the merchandise and receive a refund. If we are contacted by Paypal regarding a refund, we will provide them with all tracking numbers we use to ship your products and pictures of the merchandise before it was shipped, showing the condition of the item we sent you. It takes Paypal 30 days to resolve a dispute, thus taking longer to process your refund and investigate any claims filed with them. Often times, we resolve claims and disputes much quicker. A Paypal dispute should be a last resort if an amicable agreement can not be reached.
If the return is due to an order processing error, we will pay for return shipping and email you a return label. Email us at email@example.com. If your return is for anything other than an error caused by us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
